Privacy policy

What we collect, and what we do with it.

This policy covers Accelerate Network and everything on acceleratenetwork.co, including the enquiry form and the signed-in client portal. Last updated 12 August 2026.

Written in plain language by the people who run the business. It describes what we actually do, not what a template says. It is not legal advice.

Who we are

Accelerate Network is the trading name of Accelerate Network LLC, 33 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

For anything privacy related, email support@acceleratenetwork.co.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details. Your name, business email, company, website, country, company stage, approximate team size, the areas you need support with, and the description of what you are trying to improve.
  • Engagement correspondence. Emails, call notes, documents and materials you share with us while we scope or deliver work.
  • Account data. If you are given access to the client portal: your email address, authentication records and sign-in activity.
  • Site analytics. Pages viewed, referring source, campaign parameters, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type. Non-essential analytics only load if you accept them.

We do not ask for identity documents, financial statements, banking details or any special-category data through this website.

Why we collect it

  • To assess whether an engagement is a fit and to reply to your enquiry.
  • To scope, deliver and invoice consulting work under a signed agreement.
  • To operate secure access to the client portal.
  • To understand which pages and channels bring in relevant enquiries.
  • To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

Our legal bases are: performing a contract (or taking steps before entering one), legitimate interests in running and improving the business, consent for non-essential analytics and marketing, and legal obligation for records we are required to keep.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, analytics and advertising measurement (only where you have consented), accounting, and professional advisers. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

If a subcontracted specialist works on your engagement, they are bound by the same confidentiality terms that apply to us.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and some providers process data there. Where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become engagements: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Client engagement records: for the life of the engagement and 7 years afterwards, which is the period accounting and contractual records must be retained.
  • Analytics events: up to 25 months.

Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept them, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time via Cookie preferences in the footer.

  • si_consent, si_consent_pixel — your choice, and the short mirror of it the page reads before anything else loads. Essential.
  • si_visitor_id, si_session_id — our own first-party analytics identity. Set only after you accept analytics.
  • _fbp, _fbc — Meta advertising measurement. Set only after you accept marketing.
  • _clck, _clsk — Microsoft Clarity, for heatmaps and session replay. Set only after you accept analytics.

These cookies are set on .acceleratenetwork.co so that our own backend at portal.acceleratenetwork.co honours the same choice you made here. That backend is our system, not a third party.

Security

Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people working on your enquiry or engagement, portal access is authenticated, and administrative activity is logged.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email support@acceleratenetwork.co and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes affecting current clients are also sent by email.
